January 2012 Housing Statistics
The REALTORS Association of York & Adams Counties (RAYAC) reports that a total
of 33 homes were sold in Adams County in the first month of 2012, a 6% increase from
2011. In York County 220 homes were sold in January, a 9% increase from 2011.
